This property is said to contain approximately 98 Acres of workable acreage with approximately 2 acres of bush. 98 acres is currently leased for the 2023 crop season  and the crop shall remain the property of the tenant. 

There are no buildings on said subject property.

Terms: A deposit of $50,000 herewith made payable to Coldwell Banker Dawnflight Realty in trust, with the balance due of closing. The rent for 2023 will not be adjusted upon completion. In the event that the tender is not accepted the deposit will be returned in full without interest or deductions.
